  Coach Jacob is a fantastic addition to the already talented Technique Tiger Academy staff. He has a great ability to break down batting techniques into simple, manageable steps that my 9-year-old can easily understand and apply. He encourages players to reflect on their movements, make small adjustments, and stay aware of how their body feels throughout the process. His kind and encouraging approach truly motivates the kids to improve. We’re grateful for his dedication and expertise!

  The coaches at Technique Tigers are incredible. Recently, my son did a catching clinic with Coach Orlando. During the clinic, Coach O encouraged player to player feedback. After a teammate shared feedback, Coach O praised both players. This reflected his dedication to individual growth and teamwork. On the weekend, my son loves supporting Coach Manny and his teammates by catching bullpens during pitching lessons. This has helped to enhance his skills but also has instilled a sense of responsibility. Parents can trust that Coach Manny, Coach Orlando and the entire Technique Tigers coaching staff prioritize skill development, foster a supportive environment, teach life lessons and value collaboration among players. This makes them an excellent choice for young athletes.

  Technique Tigers is an exceptional program for development and growth. I've had the pleasure of knowing the coaches there for quite some time, ever since my younger brother joined their initial TNT academy. Now, my son is part of their 8U team. I witnessed my now 30 year old brother progress not only as a player but also as an individual throughout his younger years, thanks to baseball and this program. It provided him with opportunities to play college baseball and mature into a respectable and educated adult. Understanding the importance of sports and positive role models in a child's life, I feel blessed to have my son enrolled in the same program. I've observed significant growth in my own child in such a short amount of time, both in his baseball skills and his self-confidence.
