  I’m entering my first ever coaching experience as an assistant coach on my Daughters 8U Softball Team this season. I attended a Coaches Training Clinic lead by Kelly the owner of All American a couple weeks ago. Kelly made the training incredibly interesting with her balanced approach of instruction followed with engaging her students in various drills and activities to demonstrate mechanics. The training lasted most of the day and I enjoyed every minute of it. Additionally, our team just attended a 2 hour clinic tonight where Kelly used the same approach to teach mechanics to our large group of 6-8 year olds. Our girls really enjoyed the experience and showed improvement in a mere 2 hour session. Thanks again Kelly, we will certainly be back!

  We have had our daughter in a number of clinics over the years and have also participated in lessons from time to time. Kelly and her team, are very responsive and give great feedback. My husband has also participated in their coach clinic and he has found them very helpful being a male who coaches female athletes.

  Such an amazing place for young athletes. The entire staff is great. Coach Jackson is beyond knowledgeable and has such passion for the game and getting young players to their goals. Coaches that truly work for their players. True joy being able to trust my daughter’s future with Kelly and her staff.

  Coach Kelly has been a dream come true for our daughter. Coach Kelly is not only a coach; she is a competitive, compassionate teacher and mentor that cares about her athletes. Coach Kelly has identified and adapted to our daughter’s learning style, figuring out how to break down lessons to ensure our daughter has a full understanding of what Kelly is requesting of her. Our daughter is a natural righty with speed. After about thirty minutes with Coach Kelly in the cage, our daughter was slapping, dragging and hitting from the left side. Its mental, as well as physical progress our daughter has made working with Kelly, and it is immeasurable.
