  The cages are great, everything is set up right, and it’s an awesome place to get quality work in. Big shoutout to Adam — hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he actually cares about the players and the experience. If you’re serious about getting better or just want a great place to hit, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

  This is a golden spot for ball players. The cage prices are reasonable and the staff is very accomodating. My primary review is about the private sessions though - the coaches (we are working with Jason and Tony) have been extremely helpful and work with our boys like they are family. We greatly appreciate their work. Ben of course, is always great about helping us work in appointments with chaotic schedules.

  I came here with as a group of friends just looking to try out batting and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences of the year for us. The front desk was super approachable and Ryan was helpful with getting us situated and helping us to pick out the right bats and equipment. We don’t have experience but the cages were perfect for us. It was $33 and we were able to go around and hit in all the speeds. The cages were clean and well kept. We will definitely be coming back here again!

  My boys have both loved their private lessons at South Bay Training. They do batting, fielding, pitching and catching! They have grown leaps and bounds because of the amazing instruction they’ve received and we couldn’t be more pleased. The coaches are so positive and professional. The technology is incredibly helpful as they can review their swings and track velocity and distance etc. while batting. We’ve had many other coaches and taking lessons at many different places over the course of their baseball career so far - South Bay is the only place that has made a huge difference.
