  We have been at Sports Complex for two years. Both my daughters are volleyball players and the strength and conditioning that Sports Complex provides has been an important part of their training. They have gotten so much stronger, in a safe and supportive environment, and it has really made an impact on their volleyball skills. They always look forward to going to Sports Complex because the coaches are fun and encouraging, the facility is clean and well-equipped, and they have made friends and built a community. Our communication with the staff has always been great - they respond quickly to any scheduling or billing issues.

  Sports complex has really helped our daughter elevate her game of volleyball. It has taken her to the next level. Initially we eased in taking speed and accelerated classes. With every assessment, we continue to see the progress she has made. It has made the difference on the team she was able to make for volleyball. Sports complex is for serious athletes who are willing to put in the work. Even for LaCrosse and other sports, this is the best training to prepare you for the season. It is one of the best investments we have made where you can see the results. Attending at least 2 or 3 times a week will get you to your goals quicker. Our daughter loves attending sports complex, and we are glad to be a part of the Sports complex family. We highly recommend it. All of the coaches are friendly, tough, and fun. They prepare you mentally for your sport. The staff has been quick to address any of our concerns, and they tailor the program to help our daughter meet her individual goals. Prior to sports complex, the prior club told us our daughter wasn't strong enough or fast enough. Within enrolling at Sports complex within 4 weeks, we saw the difference, and now she is one of the strongest, and quickest girl on the court. They teach mental toughness, and they teach the kids how to compete in a non stressful environment. I highly recommend it.

  As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with The Sports Complex PV. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond when I have questions. The coaches truly care about the kids — Coach Adam and Coach Julio, in particular, have shown so much patience and encouragement with my little one. He used to be shy about trying new things, but now he’s excited for baseball every week! It’s such a positive, supportive place where kids can grow, build confidence, and have fun. Highly recommend to other families!

  The staff is wonderful! Our boys have become so much more confident in their abilities and they’ve developed new skills in a short period of time. I wish I had known about this facility sooner. I highly recommend The Sports Complex.
