  KPI is the real deal! If you want to get bigger stronger and be a better athlete all around, there is no better place than KPI. Everyone who works there cares for all the athletes and wants the best for them. Train at KPI and there is no doubt that you will see results.

  This place is paradise for any serious baseball kid. They have the best training equipment and amazing trainers. They focus on objective improvements (bat speed, exit velocity, pitch velocity) and advanced physical training that shows big results. Probably more D1 commits come through this gym than any other facility in the Bay Area. Coach Erik and Coach Dan and their staff are awesome.

  It doesn’t get better then what KPI has setup in their facility, they have everything you could possibly think of that could be used as a tool to elevate your game from a very helpful staff to every single piece of equipment that’s necessary for an athletes and if you don’t take advantage of that your missing out.
