Im so glad i found this place, both my daughters are soccer players and they wanted to step up their game in speed/agility/strength and this place was exactly that! They enjoy going and the trainer pushes them which is needed! They are very affordable and the staff just want to train and develop these kids into the best they could be! 5 out of 5 stars!

This place is great for taking my son to practice agility and footwork. He’s a baseball player but any athlete would benefit from the group classes. The batting cages are also really nice for team practices.

Velo is definitely one of the best training facilities in the area and the price is very reasonable. The staff is super friendly and professional. Everything is clean and organized. I highly recommend it completed many years in or rookie year.

So glad this place opened up nearby! Cesar is super kind and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. There’s 3 cages that can be reserved individually. They also offer team slots where you get the whole facility. Can’t wait for our next trip!
