  Coach Adam has helped me immensely in my game with just a few simple adjustments and he understands both pitching and hitting. He gave me a few pointers on my slider and I was able to reduce stress on my arm while getting more consistency with the pitch. Hitting wise his approach to hitting especially on the very first pitch of the first at bat has made me a more disciplined and consistent hitter for the entire game. He's a true pro with his knowledge as well his welcoming demeanor, which is a rare and powerful combination. Highly recommend!
