We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Coach Brandon James as a pitching coach for our son. From day one, he has shown an extraordinary level of patience, encouragement, and genuine care—not just for developing my son’s skills on the mound, but for helping him grow as a confident young man. Brandon’s knowledge of the game is unmatched, but what truly sets him apart is the way he teaches. He breaks things down clearly, never rushes, and always meets my son where he is. More importantly, he’s helped my son build mental toughness, resilience, and belief in himself—qualities that go far beyond baseball. Coach Brandon has stood by him through highs and lows, always steady, always supportive, and always pushing him to be his best. If you’re looking for a coach who genuinely cares about his players as athletes and as people, I cannot recommend Brandon James highly enough. He has made an incredible difference in our son’s journey, and we are so grateful for everything he’s done.

We are so grateful we found coach Brandon while I was away on a business trip in San Diego. He generously took the time to work with my son over several days, providing excellent coaching and show true professionalism. Not only did he create a personalized training plan for my son to take home, but he has also continue to encourage and support him even after we left. We truly appreciate the impact he's had, and hoping to return in the fall for more training sessions. Highly recommend!

My son has been working with Coach Brandon James at SD Pitching since April 2025, and the growth we’ve seen in our son has been incredible. As an incoming sophomore, our son has gained valuable knowledge through Brandon’s coaching—his velocity has increased, his mechanics have improved, and he’s thriving in the program. He’s especially loving the weightlifting this summer and continues to hit new personal records in the gym. Coach Brandon’s approach is structured, encouraging, and effective. Brandon and his team are the real deal! We have committed to driving our son 2 hours (one-way) 2-3 times per week to GT sports facility for the summer pitching program. In just 4 short weeks, we have seen improvement in our son's mechanics, accuracy, strength & confidence on the mound. Our son has aspirations to play college baseball and we know he is in the right hands. We feel Blessed to have crossed paths with Brandon and we pray our son can continue being a part of the GT family for the years to come.
