Batting Cage Reviews

Highly recommend for any parent looking to get great 1 on 1 lessons for their kids whether it’s their first year playing or their 10th year playing. Trent one of the hitting coaches we go to is amazing and in just 2 lessons I have noticed a difference in my son swing and confidence. He is very patient and very detailed in what he does and explains. My son is 9 and also does the conditioning course which I highly recommend in general to develop or enhance their coordination and strength. Gilbert the owner has been amazing and very friendly. He does amazing helping you with the enrollment process and ensuring you get in contact with the correct person depending on your child’s needs.

My daughter loves the institute! My daughter has been coming to the institute for a couple months now and her presence in the batters box looks so different in the best way. Big Manny slows her lessons down and explains the nuances of hitting in a way that is understandable for my 8 year old and even for me as a father who did not play this sport growing up. Not only do they offer private batting lessons but they also offer strength and conditioning and private defensive lessons for youth starting at age 8. They also offer two weeks free of group strength and conditioning for your child if you sign up for some of their packages. This is awesome for your child working on bettering their foot work (even if they have very little experience or they are advanced). The institute has given my daughter the confidence to where she is not guessing when she is up to bat. My daughter is always working on her craft with the help of mom and dad but we are so glad we were introduced to the institute and look forward to continuing her growth at this very friendly, very approachable gym.

We came to The Institute in search of hitting lessons for our daughter based off of a teammate’s referral. Our daughter has been playing softball for a while and was recently struggling with hitting this past season after a big growth spurt. I was contacted by the owner Gilbert and he was helpful, quick to respond and set us up with Coach Manny. He also encouraged our daughter to try the strength and speed lessons for free for two weeks. As well as offer the first hitting lesson for free. We purchased one of the hitting lesson packages and after 4 lessons with Coach Manny and her first pitch back in a game she hit a nice double that turned into a home run! Since that day she’s had 6 more games and she has made contact with the ball at all of them! Prior to this she was striking out for most of last season and the beginning of this season. We will continue to take some more lessons to fine tune her stance and swing but what an improvement. Half the battle is building up the confidence that u can hit the ball and he has helped bring that back. From the beginning, he noticed a few things that he was able to quickly offer suggestions/improvements for. As for the speed and strength classes, coach Jordan offered workout lessons that helped her bring more power to her swing and build her lower body muscles that she uses for catching. I highly recommend The Institute of Sports Education whether your in search of hitting lessons or building speed/strength as an athlete. They offer quality lessons that will most definitely improve your athlete’s abilities!

Great facility for youth training. Trainers and staff speak to the kids on their level, helping to explain everything and make sure they understand. We've been going to Training with Dre (she's awesome!) and did one hitting lesson so far with Coach Jay. I'm glad we found this place. My daughter plays fastpitch travel ball and has gained strength and speed.
