  Coach Drew and his staff don't just know baseball mechanics inside and out, they also know Physics. And they are inseparable in their coaching. I'm fascinated watching Up the Middle lessons. Instead of telling a kid six different things to think about while throwing or hitting, they'll do six different drills, each one informing a different element/body mechanic of the form. They repeat these drills until the kid's body knows each without thinking and is able to put them together into a stinger throw, a confident catch, or a crusher hit. Like so many parts of an engine coming together. They are also goal driven, which makes a huge difference for how much fun it is for the kids as well as for the rate of improvement. I'm amazed at the progress my son has made developing his physical intelligence at Up the Middle. These guys are as much scientists and mechanics as they are coaches. It's rare to find this level of excellence.

  My son LOVED their summer camp! Excellent facility with great counselors. They're strictly observing COVID-19 precautions to prevent transmission. Highly recommend!

  Great spot on Old Co Road. Coaches here are excellent. My son has been learning and growing his baseball skills quickly. He seems excited to spend time with NCS and Drew.

  The place is real nice location didn't get a chance to talk to any service people they were busy so I'm going back later.
