  The DO is where you're going to find this Guy usually Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Great atmosphere. Thanks to the best group of beautiful bartenders Destiny, Mireya, Danielle, Cardyn and Shelby. A great place to call home if you're looking for one.   My favorite dive. Batting cages are rentals only now so no more change which is super convenient. Two pool tables in the back arcade area makes it feel roomy if you have a big personal party. The regulars are always super friendly and fun to talk to. Happy hour from 3-7 and great priced pitchers!

  This is a racist establishment, I had convo about the racial demographics of the bar and the bartender used the term colored to describe black people. “Colored people don’t come in here” to quote exactly what was said. At this point I called out the bartender and she then got angry and tried to hold my debit card. I left then returned for my debit card only to have inexperienced Bar back kid try and serve as security while using the term “boy” on me. The owner had to arrive for me to even get my debit card back. De-Escalation skills is a joke. So is the owner after having a conversation that same night about the micro aggressions and the prejudice behavior displayed by her staff while justifying her employees racism. The staff is culturally incompetent, save your money. You’ll be treated better at plenty other spots in Tucson. Don’t waste your bread at this goofy bar.

  You may wonder why I gave the Dugout Bar a one star, but say their food, service, and atmosphere is a five star. It is because the owner or manager has no compassion. Our dog just passed away and I was going to take my family out to cheer them up. My gift certificate was a few weeks expired. They would not take them. I asked if I could use on $25 gift certificate and give them the second one. I would not be out any money this way. They lost a customer for life. I know they aren't going to go out of business because one customer no longer goes there. I just won't support any business that has that little compassion. By the way, the bartender was very understanding and kind.
