What can I say about OPP that hasn’t been said on previous comments. This is a top line training facility that is going to get you to where you need to go. My son was in the youth 3 month training program and he loved it. Saw big improvements with his mechanics and confidence at the plate. I had two issues was with the program but these issues were not deal breakers. 1. After your in the programe there is no real communication from the staff to the parents. 2. You weren’t allowed to see your kid train. It’s difficult to know how your kid is doing in the program without being able to watch. I learned with the program that it’s better and more freeing to not be at practice it gave my son the freedom to learn from the trainee vs looking at me after each mistake. Overall I would highly recommend them. I am hopping the youth program returns soon, my son is going through it not being able to train with his guys.

We love OPP. Great program, great support l. I can really see a transformation in my 13-year-old’s swing from the online program. We are excited to transition into the strength and conditioning program as well.

Ive been training here for over two years now and the results have been incredible. I’ve gotten stronger and faster and it has translated onto the field. Adam and Aj do a great job programming our lifts and the atmosphere of being surrounded by other hard working players makes OPP amazing. I would recommend this gym for anyone wanting to take their baseball development to the next level.

Aj and all the coaches at opp are genuine, they don’t try and oversell you. They are Extremely great at what they do. Our experience this summer has been going perfectly. My son has put on 10lbs in just over 5 weeks. We follow their nutrition plan, and Brady has been training his butt off following there every piece of coaching advice they give. If you want results, and have a passion for getting better than opp is for you. B says he loves the competition, and the camaraderie with the guys, the guys that train there. They push him and loves it. Thx Opp.
