I had really high expectations going into Push Performance, but unfortunately the experience was the definition of over-promise and under-deliver. The program was marketed as high-level baseball development, but the actual instruction and structure didn’t match what was advertised. In my opinion, there didn’t seem to be much real baseball knowledge behind the training. A lot of it felt generic and disconnected from what actually translates to on-field performance. What was most frustrating is that the results just weren’t there. Instead of improving, it honestly felt like things regressed mentally and mechanically compared to where we were before starting the program. Confidence dropped, and the training didn’t seem tailored to real game situations. Just my experience, but I can’t recommend it based on the results we saw.

This place hasn't just made a difference, they have made ALL the difference! If you have dreams of playing at the next level do yourself a favor and get here as soon as possible. Ownership is great, trainers are great and the environment of working out with like-minded athletes is phenomenal. My son also participates in their pitching program and his results speak for themselves. My son especially enjoys being able to work in environment with all baseball players and workout side-by-side with college and pro athletes and see first hand what it will take to make it at the next level. Do not wait, go now and see the difference!

The throwing programs I have received from Andrew and Daulton got me improved dramatically in arm health, velocity and command. Not only do his teachings instill improvement in your craft, but they also give you the confidence of providing muscle memory to be sure you can repeat the learned patterns they have taught you. I would highly recommend Push as it has improved my baseball skills and also given me a plethora of friends I will cherish forever.

My son has been coming here for a year now. He loves all the trainers and has gained a lot of strength and mobility. They have definitely helped with his baseball performance. I Would definitely recommend bringing your baseball player here for strength and conditioning.
