  Excellent indoor facility! Very nice cages, restrooms, equipment and merchandise in the shop. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. It was a perfect baseball experience for our 8 year old. It is well worth the trip if you are anywhere near the east valley!

  This place is awesome! Signing up online and reserving a tunnel was super easy and hassle free. The place is very clean, staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They got us a bucket of balls, set up the pitching machine and let us do our thing. Each tunnel has lots of options, pitching mounds, safety screens, and more. Their shop has all sorts of stuff that I thought was cheaper than big box stores, picked up some new grip and they put it on my kiddos bat for us. He couldn’t stop raving about this place on the drive home. Will be coming back 100% and probably sign up for a membership to take advantage of the discounts. Highly recommended!!

  Morning crew on 10/11/25 was the bottom of the barrel. The girl, when she wasn't sleeping or taking personal phone calls, conveyed no customer service. The guy gave minimal effort when asked to assist. Both employees gave nothing less than below standard effort. The employees lacked knowledge of facility equipment, to include how to work the pitching machine. Additionally, call me crazy, but if the website requires you to schedule what pitching machine you need when reserving a lane, one would only assume that when you arrive for your scheduled time, the machine would be in your scheduled lane. The facility itself seemed nice.

  Great place to use the cages, but I don't recommend their camps. My son was bullied and seems there isn't enough coaches to handle the kids.
