  Awesome facility! Very clean and maintained. We come to Phoenix often and go out of our way to visit this specific D-bat in Avondale. The staff is great everyone is very friendly and courteous. Juan is an amazing trainer that goes out of his way to help us knowing we come from 3 hours away when we can. The machines are cages are great as well! Hit trax is fun. 100% recommend

  Got charged for monthly service even though we cancelled before the cycle date. Won’t refund our money. They do not care if you can’t use the account after the ‘system’ charges your account and cancellation. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend giving your hard earned money to a business with that type of policy.

  Frustrating policies. We purchased a membership for daily credits for the batting cages for the summer. Now that school is starting we don’t really have time to go so we cancelled the membership shortly after being billed for July. Tried to go in July and were told that once you cancel you can no longer use it even though we paid in full for the month of July. They would not issue a refund for the month that we did not go at all.
