I had a total knee replacement in June and did my therapy with Kent Myer at PlayWell Performance. I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with my experience. PlayWell has excellent equipment, and Kent and his staff have superior knowledge of the rehabilitation process. They guided me every step of the way, making sure I made steady progress while keeping my recovery safe and effective. If you’re facing surgery or looking for therapy that might even help delay surgery, I highly recommend Kent Myer and PlayWell Performance. You will not find a better staff or facility.

The team's dedication to improving his form, strength, speed, agility and recovery habits has been exceptional. I had a shoulder surgery in the 10th grade. Have been using playwell ever since . Great people and have had me feeling like myself once again. Their personalized programs tend to your individual needs and get you back up to speed . Great people all around , would 1000% recommend.

Playwell Performance is so much more than PT used to be. They are working long term solutions with their clients While they were working with several young athletes, I am a moderately active 53 year old with a disc issue that was affecting my entire right leg causing constant pain even with medication. Kent and his team put together a set of exercises combined with dry needling that got me off the anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxers. I’m back to my regular routine and no longer stressing about traveling with my teenager. I went from constant discomfort to looking forward to 4 days walking in New York. They not only fixed my issues but I also learned long term exercises to help me in the future. Life doesn’t slow down. Playwell ensured I could keep up. Thank you Kent, Russell, Nick & Zach
