The Sparks has a wide variety of playthings, but it appears to be mostly for smaller children. The swings in the monkey bars are the only things geared towards older kids. There are no bathrooms or drinking fountains either, so you really have to come prepared if you plan to play for a longer period of time.

Stunning collection of plants outside, doing amazing things for the insects and birds. Just a beautiful garden, plus a tropical garden inside. Worth an afternoon. Many places to eat around and right on one of the incredible bike paths on Madison.

Olbrich Park is such a great place to go if you like walking, jogging, swimming, kayaking, soccer, basketball, tennis and even a nice hill for sledding in the winter time. Bathrooms are kept clean as well.
