  I’m so thankful Houston has this! I brag about the sand volleyball league I’m a part of and all the other sports league options to my out-of-state friends all the time, and they’re always so jealous. I’ve found such a fun, talented, and athletic community through the Houston Sports & Social Club, and it’s something I truly wouldn’t have had if I hadn’t joined.

  I've had an amazing experience with Houston Sports & Social Club. I actually worked with them before I ever started playing in the league, and once I joined as a player, I truly saw how special this community is. I've been playing in the league for about 8 years now, and it's been such a big part of my life. Through HSSC, I've met some of my favorite people and built friendships that go far beyond the games. I'm so grateful for all the memories, connections, and experiences I've gained over the years.

  I have met the most amazing people playing volleyball and love HSSC because it seems to draw people who want to make friends, hangout and play a little volleyball. I started playing when they still gave out shirts, and had some sort of ref. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to have either so the organization, and what you get for the cost of registration, seems have declined over time but I still sign up each season to play with the best people!

  Houston Sports and Social Club is the best place to make new friends! Specially if you are new to the city. I have been playing Sand Volleyball through HSSC for over 10 years now. As a result, I have not only been able to make life long friendships, but have also been able to enjoy doing something I love with friends. Definitively join a league and get out there and make new friends!
