We went for a softball tournament. Really nice stadium. They had big chairs in the stands. Very comfortable. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The staff was friendly. We had a great time!

My cousin plays for Florida and rhey played U of Houston, nice game. I enjoyed my time.

The field / stadium are nice itself, but they don’t use the parking lot closest to the field for softball patrons. The parking attendant tells you to park across the street, but it’s not a UH lot, so it’s at your own risk. They have an entire empty lot & didn’t let anyone park there. You are directed to park about a 1-2 miles away & walk to the field. The walk there has an extremely cracked & broken sidewalk. Once you arrive, you walk another .5-1 mile to the field, you go through security, get your ticket scanned, then you’re there. The concession stand is way too small, I went to the UH vs Florida game, which was very packed. They did have a food truck to help with the turnout, but that had a long line too. The concession stand line was long the ENTIRE game, I couldn’t ever get anything because I’m not willing to miss 15-30 minutes of the game to get nachos. They needed more workers or a better process. They had merch, but the most popular design, the new OILERS blue style, was only offered in youth styles and a hat. They sold out in less than 30 minutes, so I don’t get why adult sizes weren’t brought in the most popular & marketed design. They want you to support women’s sports, but do they support women’s sports? Maximize your profit. Offer better parking or instructions. Market your most popular merchandise with adult sizes & softball specific merch. Upgrade the old restrooms. Offer better concession stand system. Disappointed in this experience.
