Things in life that demand a Yes! Did I ask her to marry me? Yes! What did she say? Yes! Should you get that ring at The Diamond Factory? YES! To all the fellas, don't bother looking anywhere else. I too was worried and wasn't sure where to start. I had a 100 percent custom design and a dream and Diamond Factory made it come true. Huge thanks to Leigh Ann for guiding me along the entire process to create a truly one-of-a-kind work of art that my Fiance absolutely loves. We got a perfect diamond selected and a fully custom created setting and the price...honestly, it was too good I didn't believe them. From start to finish I was well communicated with and taken care of. Grade A customer experience and treatment. I learned about The Diamond Factory about 18 months ago and this is now my spot for jewelry. The customer service is great!! Mike is my guy there and he’s incredible to work with on any of my jewelry needs. The rest of the staff is just as great as they always greet me when I arrive. The second best thing is that they have adult beverages that help with the shopping experience!!! You guys are great!!!!!

We came here after a frustrating experience at another nearby diamond store, and the difference was night and day. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuine — not sales-driven. Lisa helped us and was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what she does. She really took the time to understand what we wanted. Dan, the manager, was just as wonderful — funny, personable, and full of great stories that made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. We were honest that we were working within a budget, and they respected that completely. Not only did they honor it, they even matched a competitor’s offer — and never once made us feel like anything less than top-tier customers. We left smiling and honestly on cloud nine. If you want an experience instead of a cold transaction — and a place you’ll look back on fondly when you remember purchase day — go here. They have something a lot of places don’t: warmth.
