  I worked with Ken Black at Philadelphia Diamond Company on a custom engagement ring, and the experience was excellent. We completed the entire process remotely while I was over 9,000 miles away, from CAD to the finished ring. Communication was clear and thoughtful, Ken was patient with design changes, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The ring turned out exactly as promised.   We had a great experience working with Ken. After checking in with a few places, we felt that Ken offered the greatest level of service and flexibility. My fiancé designed a beautiful ring with intricate details and Ken fully delivered; he exceed our expectations. I then brought in my grandfather’s ring to have resized for my use and he took great care to make sure the original details were kept in tact during the resizing. Would highly recommend Ken and Philly Diamond Co for your wedding band and ring needs.

  Ken and his team were able to create the most incredible custom wedding ring for me! I brought in some sketches and we worked together over a few weeks tweaking the ring design until I was completely satisfied. The process was smooth and completed very quickly! My expectations were exceeded and the ring came out better than I imagined. Please use them! You will not be disappointed. They are a responsive, kind and trustworthy business.
