I love Heyday Athletic in Philly because it creates such a fun and welcoming environment through its adult sports leagues. It’s a great way to stay active while meeting new people and being part of a team. The leagues are well-organized, competitive but still social, and make exercising feel enjoyable instead of like a chore. Heyday Athletic truly brings people together through sports and community.

Safety is not a priority up in the Lehigh Valley. Softball fields are completely underwater and they’re still trying to push to play games. When I was running the leak several years ago, we prioritized safety over everything else, the new guard does not care about safety at all. Play at your own risk.

I’ve been playing in Heyday Leagues since 2018 and have had great experiences. The competition is good but more importantly, it’s been a good way to stay connected to friends and meet new people.

One of the top sports leagues in the tri- state area. I’m always involved in either basketball or the intramural flag football league. It’s a organization where you are amongst the community and you’re bound to meet all walks of life whether it’s a different race or background. It’s a place where you can call it home and it’s nothing short of camaraderie & pleasant vibes!
