To preface, my husband and I are out of state buyers. We were on the hunt to upgrade my engagement ring of 10 years as an anniversary/Christmas gift this year. Diamond Cellar happened to carry a ring that intrigued us so we had reached out to their team. I had spoken to Kimi who introduced herself and assisted in locating this item for us to confirm its availability. From that point forward, Kimi had answered plenty of our questions (and we had a ton) regarding their store policies, ring details and payment transactions options. She was prompt, excellently communicative, fully transparent and attentively willing to help with all hands on deck to secure a pleasant experience, to which we most definitely had, thanks to her efforts!! The ring was shipped promptly, securely and beautifully gift wrapped. The presentation was stunning but the ring itself exceeded our expectations upon opening. The sparkle in person was immaculate and quite impossible to capture in full depth through pictures. It was stunning and we couldn’t have been more happy with it. We have shopped at plenty of jewelry stores in our lifetime, for big and small purchases, but the efficiency we’ve experienced with Diamond Cellar and Kimi, had been a 1000/10 experience for us. We thank you guys for being apart of our special purchase! Could not recommend Kimi and Diamond Cellar enough as out of state clients! Thank you guys so much, once again!

Best spot in town for fine jewelry and watches. No matter what we are looking for or what our budget is, everything always goes perfectly. There is nowhere else to go if you live in Columbus - skip the national chains and shop local! We have worked with Gabe Truxall at the Dublin location for years, he is the man and embodies everything we have come to expect when shopping at the Diamond Cellar. We have been DC customers for a number of years after getting engagement ring, wedding rings, and several other things done there. We're always impressed at the care that they take with listening to what you are looking for and staying within budget. Most of the work that we have had done by them is usually some sort of resetting or getting a new piece custom made from an old piece of jewelry, and they are always top notch with the customer service, the response to any questions or concerns that we have, and they have an excellent turnaround time especially for custom jewelry. Over the years we have worked with John Smith and most recently worked with Emalee and they have both been absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend DC for all your jewelry wants and needs, they will take care of you.

Can’t speak highly enough about my experiences with Diamond Cellar. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Gabe Simms and can’t speak highly enough of his knowledge, service and professionalism. On top of all of that, he’s a great person to chit chat with. If there was an option to give 10/10 stars, I’d still try to go higher than that. I’d happily recommend Gabe and Diamond Center each and every opportunity I have because they’re just that good. Top tier experience from a top tier establishment.
