Diamonds Direct has been my husband and I’s go-to jewelry store in Columbus since we got engaged in 2018. We most recently met with Summer who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I unfortunately lost the diamond in my engagement ring, but thanks to insurance, we were able to replace it. She was patient and helpful as we explored and worked to understand our options, and she was easily accessible and communicative via text or phone throughout the whole process. My replaced ring is gorgeous and I love it more than ever!
