Had a 9:30 call scheduled. Received 3 text messages during the week to make sure we would be ready @ 9:30. At 9:35 I get, wrapping up a meeting, 9:50, still no call. How about a heads up ahead of time next time. Spoke to Ben, all is good. Looking forward to gathering some data.

Tread Athletics is a game-changer in the world of personalized coaching. The facility is top of the line with multiple turf bullpens, huge weight room, and a turf area to do your throwing and stretching. If you have aspirations to play at a higher level come to tread!

Overall the program has been very good. It’s a bit pricey though and not a simple a 2 week transformation but the training is worth it. I have been in the program for about 8 months and just did 3 full days in house. The atmosphere is great everyone here is for the same reason to throw that 5 ounce ball harder ( coaches and players included) you can feel the passion in the atmosphere of the facility. The program itself is very comprehensive with throwing, lifting and mobility all included along with a performance coach who is available very often to chat and adjust the program according to your mechanical and anatomical needs. It’s definitely a 5 star program

Tread Athletics has been my home away from home. Craig Stem is my coach and has been nothing but a light in my life and my career. People complain about the price of coming here, but you never want to not invest in your career. Everyone involved at Tread is welcoming and make you feel wanted and respected. If someone isn’t your coach they are still looking to help you in whatever way possible. I highly recommend Tread Athletics if you want to take your game to next level.
