  Roupen was fantastic from start to finish! After an initial inquiry, Roupen invited me over to his shop and we discussed the different options in diamonds available and options for the band. He was extremely open and transparent about every single detail with plenty of guidance by talking me through pros and cons of each decision I had to make.
