The setup is very smart for a baseball club. The field is nice, with their batting cage on property. Really nice area.

No concession stand or food. No bathroom and still paid 10.00 to get in. The bathroom was broke and had to go to the locker room

Third base dugout has some issues with sewer gas escaping - smells toxic when that happens during a game.

Installing new 10' fence for the field. Very nice new turf and infield.
