Had an amazing experience with Beards Diamonds and huge thanks to Vanessa for helping us pick out the perfect ring! Initially we were told It'll be a 2-3 week wait for my ring to come in but once we mentioned we were on a time crunch they managed to have it ready by the next day!! Super friendly staff, they made our ring shopping experience a special memory for us 🫶🏻

Brett at Beard’s Diamonds is the man; I cannot say enough good things about him and this place. I literally visited over a dozen other jewelers when shopping for an engagement ring, and my last stop was Beard’s after getting the good word about them from my friend. Brett got me a GAI certified diamond with the exact specifications I was looking for, with a custom 3D rendered band, at an unbeatable price, and in an urgent manner. The service was so good I later returned for a my wife’s wedding band, and a custom band for myself that also came out perfectly. I was shopping for a high quality diamond. If you do a little research on qualities such as color, clarity, fluorescence, etc., you will quickly find that the diamonds you get at a big box stores are, more often than not, quite frankly a scam for the price they charge. With that in mind, I was looking for a diamond that met specific criteria. Every other store I visited tried to convince me to purchase a diamond with characteristics that were below what I was looking for - Brett did not do that. He got multiple diamonds for me to look at, with the exact specifications I was looking for, at a price that was better than competotors’ diamonds of lesser quality. After deciding on the diamond, I was also particular about the band setting, and he provided me multiple iterations of 3D renderings, which even included a custom engraving that I hand drew myself - the final product was stunning. For my band, I put Brett through the same torture chamber of iterations as I did for the engagement ring until we finally got what I liked, and he again delivered exactly what I was looking for in a short timeframe. As difficult as I was, he was always happy to help and I always felt like a VIP when I entered the store. He was very attentive and patient throughout the entire process. If you are shopping for a diamond, which I highly recommend over purchasing a prearranged configuration at a big box store, I cannot recommend Beard’s enough. They will continue to service and clean your ring forever, they are happy to do it, and my wife always feels welcome when bringing her rings in for service.

I’m absolutely in love with this jewelry store! The customer service is exceptional, the staff pays attention to every detail and always tries to offer different options, even working within your budget if needed. Maison and Nathans made our experience truly amazing, to the point that we came back just a few days later to make more purchases. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Beard’s was excellent! My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands there and were able to take advantage of their BOGO sale. The staff were very helpful and informative and it was a smooth process. We were sized for our rings and they were ready within two weeks! We will definitely go back to Beard’s in the future for our jewelry needs.
