  This park is beautiful The softball field is terrific. Park only has street parking, but generally there's plenty of space available The main issue with this park is that there are at least encampments throughout the park. With this comes trash and other filth. The park service does a good job of attempting to maintain the grounds, but it doesn't feel like a safe place to bring dogs or kids :/

  I like this park. I live across the street so I'm almost there daily. It's better now that they took 3 porta potties out leaving 1. It's still used for the 1 man party that goes on there, but at least nobody's getting hi out in the open any longer. Great park. The city does a fantastic job keeping this park clean and open which is part of its charm.

  If you live in the area and you aren't down here on the bleachers every damn summer night with a tall can of Twisted Tea you dropped a vodka shooter into, what's the point of your idiot life? Excellent place to watch amateur athletes perform amazing feats. I've seen home runs, triple plays, face first slides, public urination, and dugouts emptied. The spirit of the ballgame lives here.
