  None of the parking lots are open for public use. My kids and I were wanting to play baseball on a beautiful February day. We ended up going someplace else because there was no access to the ball field.

  I take my lil skater to the park early and it's quiet . Smaller scale makes it easier for the littler kids. Layout is good for all ages . Very nicely kept and close to dirt bmx track , jogging trail.

  Great place. Son loves bringing his bike to ride the dirt jumps, and his skateboard for the skate park. Both are great, and they are right next to each other.

  A lot of new Manicured dirt jumps at the bike park; also has a skate park and big open fields. Amazing views of Pikes Peak.
