Love the league and playing softball with the other teams/players apart of the league, but the owner of the league (Pete) is the worst. He will be the reason the league eventually fails (sadly). Until new leadership is put in place, the league will continue hemorrhaging teams. This guy needs to be fired or step down immediately.
