  My daughter is an advanced basketball player, and while GSA has some excellent coaches, the experience has been inconsistent. In some seasons, she has had coaches who genuinely develop players by teaching higher-level skills, running real 5-on-5 scrimmages, and preparing the girls for actual game situations. Those coaches are outstanding. Other seasons have been frustrating. The team was taken backward with beginner-level drills and repeated instructions like “do what I taught you yesterday,” even though the girls already knew those fundamentals. The coach appeared to lack experience developing advanced players, and the girls quickly lost interest and motivation. These players have heart and want to progress, not repeat entry-level lessons. They need to be challenged, scrimmage 5-on-5, and gain real game experience. GSA clearly has the capability to do this when the right coaches are in place. Greater consistency in coach assignment would make a significant difference for player development. Shout out to coaches Henry, Christian and Marty !!!!! keep up the good work fellas.Score keepers are also worried about being on their phone during close games, missing points while the clock is running down.

  Honestly the best decision I made for my son 💙 seeing the impact everyone staff and coaching so much great progress and they really go above and beyond for the kids , I tell everyone that dont know about this place to definitely check it out they wont be disappointed

  Girls basketball very disappointing. Coach not involved and horrible first experience for my dtr. Volleyball program much stronger .

  This is by far one of the most unorganized sports complexes i've ever been to. Tina and her staff allow there children to run games and it's conflicting with the parents. I had her "son/staff" try to fight me with my baby in my hand for confronting him about the unprofessionalism . He got extremely offended and tried starting a physical confrontation that leading into his mother and staff Walking us out of the building and a threatening, my family for "confronting" her "staff/son" when all that was said was the job wasn't being done, right This can be validated by numerous parents who have had issues with the unprofessionalism Before. They don't get enough practice, let alone enough playing time. 2 hours a week is really a waste of money going into somewhere that has know professionalism, when the owner is not there..there has been many instances where Tina has been disrespectful to other parents speaking up about what is going on. She gets really aggressive and intimidates Other adults at the complex that leading them to cancel their membership for their children there. There is many parents who could vouch for this. It's a money pit that you do not want to get into especially the unprofessionalism and the lack of knowledge this place has.henry is the only one capable of running that place and has most knowledge other than that Do not waste your time going here. There's not enough seating, In the winter it's freezing in the building because they don't want to pay the PG&E bill , there's kids unattended by their parents running around everywhere, throwing footballs, kicking soccer balls and causing chaos That is unattended by the staff. They are literally just trying to pay the bills with the memberships. this place really needs someone to come and turn this place around, because they're just losing memberships every day. Having her kids run, the game's has become conflicting to where, she canceled our membership for our daughter 😂🤦‍♂️ ..well off with everyone else who has quit this place.Good luck👌
