  Attended a softball game with family members. It was really fun! They have a good concession stands and the popcorn was great. During the game, a member of the staff came around and asked people if they would want to announce the game on the loud speaker. My niece was selected and she got to announce the upcoming event. It was only for a few minutes but it was a good experience for her. They have a gift shop and we got some ASU items from there.

  Perfectly shaded seats. Clean restrooms. Reasonably priced and well stocked team shop. The concessions could use some improvement.

  My family went to a game and we had general admission tickets. We asked where to sit and they said anywhere. I asked for clarification from another worker and she pointed us to different areas. We tried to find seats but couldn’t. We walked to a different area where she pointed but that was a student only section. Then we walked back and found seats and it turns out we were in the wrong seats. Then we told the lady it was our mistake and we couldn’t find seats. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. We were really uncomfortable and we decided to leave. We were intercepted by two other employees who tried very hard to get us to stay promising they’d find us seats but we were really uncomfortable and just wanted to leave and they kept trying to get us to stay and talking over me and my family when we were trying to just say thanks but we want to go. I had to tell them way too many times that I appreciate the effort but I just want to go. It got really overwhelming and nobody was truly nice and helpful there. Buy a labeled seat ticket or don’t go.

  Felt like every seat would have a good view. The concessions were reasonably priced. Parking was awkward, but wasn’t that bad!
