  Great baseball park and city. Hoover, AL and the surrounding areas are steeped in great baseball tradition. SEC country here!

  Great location near the interstate, plenty of restaurants and some hotels. The fields are all turf except one grass fields for a total of 5 fields. Only one bathroom and concession stand. So if you are on the grass fields load up or you will miss and inning or two. Recently Perfect Game brought in a couple porta potties near the grass field during their tournaments. Plenty of batting cages and they are currently building more near the grass fields. (Why not a bathroom? Nobody asked me.) Neating above the turf fields protect fans from foul balls! Seating have shaded anwning for some protection from the elements. Very well designed and maintained facility. Could have more shade or add natural trees to the areas between the fields. The shaded stands become crowded and hot during the Alabama summers.
