This is an amazing baseball training facility. I often also see cricket players training. Is locally owned and operated. They offer lane rental. Turf field rental and lessons. This is for the high level athlete looking for high level training.

Action Baseball and 180 Performance Center are top-notch! The development our kids have experienced here is outstanding. The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate, and truly invested in helping each player grow—both on and off the field. The training is high-level, but always positive and supportive. The staff is professional, approachable, and runs a first-class program. We’ve seen incredible improvement and confidence in our child. Highly recommend for anyone serious about skill development and building strong character through baseball!

I could not possibly be more impressed with 180 Performance Center & True Grind Systems. The facilities, location and -- most of all -- the coaches and instructors are exactly what I was hoping to find for my nearly-7-year-old son. I saw an ad in the Community Impact for the 180 Performance Center "Youth Summer Baseball Camp", and signed my son up for a week in late-July, 2022. He had an absolutely awesome experience! There were 3 coaches for roughly 20 kids; everyone got plenty of individual attention; and I could see a quantifiable improvement in my son's skills and confidence each and every day. Here's what was most impressive about the coaches: they reward EFFORT just as much (if not more) as results. Even if the kids made an error, the coaches were quick to praise the work they put into trying to get it right. It cannot be overstated how important that is to me -- and to every kid, really. I was lucky enough to play professional football in my heyday, and -- even though I don't know the first thing about baseball -- I do have the luxury of perspective that young athletes don't have. All of the coaches and instructors have professional and/or college experience; they know what it takes. Instilling the mindset of "always trying to get it right instead of always being right" is so vital to sports development, and life-in-general development. It's the practice, the homework, the chores, the manners -- the things they don't give you a trophy for -- that lay the foundation for a good life. It's apparent that 180 Performance Center and True Grind Systems was founded on this credo. One of the founders and owners I had the pleasure of meeting, Mr. Tom Snell, epitomizes this mindset, and only hires instructors and coaches that share that mindset. It's the perfect place for my son to develop as an athlete and as a human being; my only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. If you're a parent or player who has seen too many coaches fixated on "winning-at-all-costs" instead of stressing development and fundamentals, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Thank you to Mr. Snell, the coaches (Austin, Bryson and Tyler), and everyone else involved with 180 Performance Center & True Grind Systems. It has unequivocally been one of the best experiences of my son's young life!

My son played with their 16U team this summer. They have so-called "tryouts" for the their team, but anyone who can pay their fees is accepted, and they don't mind stuffing teams with many players. Our team coach (if you can call him that) turned out to be a bit of disaster. Not a believer in planning, strategy, or player/resource management. Not a slightest sense of player development or coaching. In addition, we found him to be rude, insensitive and even racist. He had his favorite players and they got to play all games. Even if my son was arguably a better pitcher, he was barely given play time. Once we travelled with the team to Houston for a tournament and he didn't give my son a singe minute on field for 3 days. When we pointed this out, his behavior got even worse in subsequent tournaments. Even with talented team of kids, this coach made sure the team ended up in loosing bracket in 7 out of 8 tournaments this summer. He single handedly destroyed morale of a few players in the team. Never ever again with this coach. Horrible!
