Good parking, well kept area. My son had a baseball tryout and I was surprised on how clean and neat everything was.

An okay place for a night time walk. Don't be afraid of the dark though. I hit the track with an earbud in and listened to an audio book without getting mugged so I'm sure it's fine, haha. Most sidewalks are decently lit, and there's access to the track at night if you want to do a bit of cardio work. Has drinking fountains and portapottys too if you plan to stay long at night if you work night shift like me. Not too many people out there, as everything is fenced in with unlocked gates or passthroughs unblocked. Not bad for what it is.
