I came to use the track. Appears open to the public and free to use. Openings in the fence without extra gates or locks. The field is kept up and mowed, however the track isn't as much. Weeds growing in places on it. But no large cracks or pot holes to fall or trip on. For its purpose the complex is what it is.

No shade, bathrooms always locked and needs updated. The place is always busy during the week with youth sports, put some money into it!
