The facility is nice and has some real cool amenities, but the execution falls short on big game days. Parking is an absolute disaster. Signs posted say no parking on grass towing enforced, yet the staff say go ahead? That puts the complex in a precarious legal position if cars get yanked for disregarding the posted warnings. If the complex wants the signs disregarded for giant tournaments, then go pull them for the weekend and stick em back out on Monday. Better yet, have someone direct people where you want them parked....or make signs for the weekend. No lawn chairs allowed, yet not enough seating to accommodate the hundreds let in the doors. The Americans with Disabilities Act says the facility shall make "reasonable accommodations" for persons with disabilities. Making people with mobility problems or physical disabilities stand for 8 hours and denying them a "reasonable accommodation" for a chair is problematic. Id probably train the staff better to use some sense when the the very senior folks in front of us asked to be able to sit. Its a bad look. Place is jam packed with people everywhere. Walkways are impassable with whole teams sitting in the floor where traffic flows. Having staff walk through occasionally would sure be easier than having the fire marshal provide that service. The staff at the door did little beyond barking at people walking in the door for policy violations. The staff working the concessions actually did a great job and were very friendly when we visited despite being super busy. The bathrooms seemed to be cleaned on a good schedule and well stocked. In short, amazing facility but the operations and management falls short, especially when charging over $50 a person. Hopefully some changes are made to make this a more accommodating place. Just having complex management actively engaged would probably solve most of these issues.

This place is nice. You will have fun here. You can hangout and watch sports ,eat pizza and have a cold one.

Really nice facility with a giant indoor multi-use space. We were here for a massive volleyball tournament and the place was perfect (though a little hot at times). Food is good, but the best part is the massive outdoor area with sand volleyball courts!

Refs don’t know how to officiate a game. No reason me as a player, should be keeping up with jump balls, they don’t know their own zones..all they just watch the ball it’s just as someone who officiates, these guys are not in the chapter they can’t even watch their zones properly.. As someone who officiates on the side it’s frustrating seeing a good facility being ran the way the games are.
