Fairly flat and well kept. Mainly used as soccer field however no nets. No trash laying around, plenty of parking. Lots and lots of starlings. Fairly close to the main room and it's common to see a random soccer ball roll across the street to sam's club due to the lack of netting. There are portapottys every 60 feet or so. Large speed bumps on a well maintain and well lit parking lot. Seems to be some sort of concession stand, however it was closed up during the visit. Quiet and cool during afternoon.

I played here with my team Real Madrid club. It’s an amazing place but the fields are not good. I understand because the maintenance costs too much. The place is not that well funded, on the weekends, it costs $3 to play. (Referee fee) There needs to be bleachers on the side of field for the fans to sit and trash cans need to be in the sides of the field as well. It will improve a lot.

These fields are absolutely horrendous.. bottle caps, metal rods, etc. I can name a handful of things that you will find in the field. 60% of the field is just dirt, can’t even play a nice pass without the ball taking 20 bounces. Oh and if you’re a goal keeper, make sure you cover yourself up.. you’re gonna be diving on nothing but rocks. This place is a joke and don’t understand how anyone can play here. Shame on Dallas to even have a park with conditions like this
