I went to a t-ball game here in May 2022 and the fields were definitely open. Not sure if they are open during the week because the game was on a Saturday but I will say parking is very limited here as with anything downtown. There is "Pay to Park" street parking available nearby if you can't find a spot inside the small lot. I will also mention this ballpark provides some bench seating with very little shade. Most parents brought their own chairs to be able to sit in the few shaded areas available.
