This Minneapolis Park has a public baseball field open to pick up games, a playground for tots, and a kiddie wading pool with restrooms open Memorial Day to Labor day. Six premier softball fields, for reservation use only, are well groomed and separately maintained from the park. The wooded area up on the hill has a picnic area and horse shoe pits.

We just discovered this this playground. It is great! A ninja area, swings for little or kids who need extra support and a calmer area for climbing. Bonus is the flight path is almost overhead so you can see planes.

Walking through the park is like being in prison. Tall fences trap you on the walking path, so you can't even enjoy the grass. Considering the neighborhood, it seems dangerous, as you couldn't walk around potential trouble.

Could use more shaded areas, but a beautiful park with plenty of fields to enjoy a game.
