Who ever is responsible for the Maintenance in this park need to be fired. weeds and grass everywhere trees are taking over the walking path. You should be able to see the water when you walk but can’t alligators are in the water but you would even see one coming because of the trees and weeds it’s the only park we have in the east and it’s poorly maintained. Gorgeous facilities. We used the victory track and field for our O-D All American Bowl games. Bathrooms and concessions were as good as any High School! The parking is a little confusing and you can end up going in circles if you don't know that there are large Lots if you keep going straight back!

Nice park but need more visible police or security in late evenings.

This is a nice park in New Orleans East. It's got a walking path that meanders through the park, a running track, sports fields, gym, pool, playground equipment, and outdoor activities. During certain times of year, they offer free canoeing and fishing for the general public on Saturdays. NORDC has done a good job with this park.
