We went to the Virginia Tech game today and it was an amazing experience. We had never been to a Louisville baseball game only football. Not a bad seat in the stadium. Concessions and bathrooms were close to seating. It was a beautiful day for baseball and tickets were only $5 a piece. They also had a petting zoo outside the stadium for the kiddos. We will be going back, go cards!!!

Good venue for college baseball. Very little covered seating so if it's a hella hot day, be ready. You can walk up top and grab some shade under big umbrellas. Adequate parking, handicap accessible seating. Concessions were better than my trip to Vandy stadium and not very expensive. Restrooms were clean and stocked.

A true Louisville treasure is the University of Louisville baseball team, nationally ranked and built over the years by many talented players, dedicated support staff a terrific coaching staff led by Dan McDonnell and successive University administrations. The team's fans have the beautiful Jim Patterson Stadium to enjoy watching an extremely talented team play for their University community and fans. Jim Patterson and his wife gave over a million dollars to help make the state-of-the-art stadium a reality. I understand Jim Patterson played baseball when he was a student at U of L and later became a very successful entrepreneur and restaurant chain founder and owner. The UofL baseball team is among the best college baseball programs in the NCAA, having been to give College World Series five times since 2007!
