NHL Winter Classic Game - Parking was horrible, especially for a sold out event. Pack your patience because traffic is a nightmare. The venue was clean, the staff was friendly and the event was well put together.

I’ve attended many events at LoanDepot Park, including the recent Winter Classic, and have never had an issue with staff or bringing my son’s diaper bag. However, on 2/21 at the main gate coming from the 1st Base Garage, I had a very disappointing experience. An employee stopped me and told me I was not allowed to bring my bag inside. I explained that it was a diaper bag, but he responded that he didn’t care and refused to let me enter. I pointed out that other families had bags for their children, and he said it was up to the security checkpoint to decide. I agreed and said I would let security inspect the bag. At that point, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The employee called the police and claimed he had told me that flags were not allowed and that I ignored him and walked through anyway — which was not accurate. He then made me dispose of my flag. Other staff members seemed surprised and said they had never heard of flags being prohibited. After finally entering the stadium, I saw multiple attendees with the same flag I was forced to throw away — and flags were even being sold inside the stadium. This experience was frustrating and avoidable. I hope LoanDepot Park takes steps to better train employees so situations like this are handled professionally and consistently in the future. Went in a Braves ONLY fan…. Came out a HUGE MARLINS FAN… let me list the reasons!!! 1. They care about your experience, not just your money! 2. They care about handicap patrons and making sure you are accommodated, comfortable and can fully enjoy your game experience! WOW!! My husband almost never goes to events anymore due to the physical pain and a few really crappy experiences at other MLB/NFL and game stadiums. Anything he needed that they could help him/us with was just an ask if they could! 3. 1st time game goers are special- they brought us buttons just to commemorate the event!! 4. Kids are special and they truly want them to enjoy their experience, even present my son with a swag bag after escorting my husband and us to handicap seating. DONOVAN TUCKER ON THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM IS AN MVP!! 5 stars all the way around including the food, drinks, parking and kids zone!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are in Miami and have a long layover like we did consider taking in a Marlins game, you will not be disappointed and may even come out of Marlins fan!

I got to experience my first ever baseball game, and wow!! What an experience absolutely loved the stadium the fact that it has AC running the whole game make it even better, there’s multiple options for food and the staff was super nice ! The location and parking couldn’t be better
