What a great visitor team experience! Parking was organized for the most part and traffic had a decent flow pre and post game. Service was excellent from everyone working. Plenty of concessions and a great view from every seat. Fans were great, not rude or anything against away team. No shade for now and I can imagine it gets very hot during the early part of the season so plan accordingly and be mindful of the temperature.

We had a very positive experience. The food was excellent. The fans were behaved but spirited. No fights or excessive drunkenness. The only issue was it took longer than most stadiums we have been to the get out after that game was over. The Ramos were a clogged mess..

I really enjoyed myself there. As a Bills fan catching a W, it was gonna be hard to knock me off the pedestal regardless. But the food was great, the lines were super quick. And even in the 400 section where I was, I had a great view of what was going on. departing the game on foot to downtown took a hot minute. Especially compared to highmark I was in and out of highmark in the blink of an eye, but that's neither here nor there. Honestly, though a great field for a great team that played a great game. Big respect and I hope they schedule us to play there again because I'd 100 percent visit EverBank again. Staff was very friendly and it was a great energy all around. Thank you for having me! The fancier menu I think is only available downstairs because I didn't see anything on the 400 level that I researched. But the 400 level food was absolutely top notch. Great hot dogs. Pizza was tasty pretzels were next level delicious. The only thing that I regret was not walking downstairs to search because I saw some items before going on the menu that sounded to die for. In fact I saw some guy come back from being gone from his seat for a long time so pretty sure he went downstairs to get what looked like some of the greatest nachos I've ever seen in my life. Really regret not exploring the food more.

The stadium itself is modern, spacious, and well-designed — you can tell the city takes pride in keeping it clean and well-maintained. The seating layout gives great views from almost anywhere, and the massive video boards make the experience even better. The sound system is clear, the lighting at night games is spectacular, and the crowd brings an unbeatable level of excitement. Staff members are friendly, professional, and really do their best to make sure things run smoothly, even with big crowds. Food and drink options are solid — plenty of variety, from classic stadium snacks to local flavors that give you a taste of Jacksonville. The only minor downside is that parking and traffic can get a little crazy during major events, but once you’re inside, it’s totally worth the effort. If you’re visiting Jacksonville, catching a game or event here is an experience you shouldn’t miss. EverBank Stadium isn’t just a venue — it’s a part of the city’s spirit, where fans, families, and visitors all come together to celebrate the moment.
