Pitching Drill: Pitcher's Whip Drill (Softball)
A softball pitching drill that teaches players how to whip the arm and increase pitching velocity. Isolate the wrist snap by coiling the arm and firing from a shortened position to build speed and proper release.

How to Run This Drill
- Extend arm toward target with palm facing up, ball in hand
- Curl bicep so ball touches throwing arm shoulder
- From that position, move directly into throwing position (arm still curled - makes semi-circle)
- Unload, whip, and fire at target

- Repeat for 8-12 reps
