Instructions
Tee set up in front of the middle of the plate Hitter sets up even with the plate, while partner places a ball on the tee A cone is placed directly behind and against the back foot Objective is to hit the ball back up the middle without hitting the cone with the back foot when rotating Focus is on a direct energy transfer to the ball and avoid spinning Ideal for hitters that sit and spin on the back leg Partners switch after 5 swings

- Don't hit the cone with back foot when rotating
