  Genesis Sports Performance is an awesome place for kids to train. The coaches are great with athletes and really take the time to explain what they’re doing and why. They focus on proper form, building strength the right way, and helping prevent injuries. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for baseball training. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know my kid is in good hands. Highly recommend!

If I were you, I’d set up a consultation: talk to Esteban about strength / speed goals, talk to Gabe about a pitching plan + recovery routine. See how they assess your current metrics (velocity, arm health, movement) — good coaches want to baseline before they program.

  Great facility. We rented the cages for my grandson. We talked to the coaches afterwards for an assessment. They explained how strength training and proper form are important to prevent injuries. Highly recommend.
