Key Rules
- Umpire is the official keeper of the pitch count during a game.
- Once a pitcher reaches the daily limit mid-batter, they may finish that batter.
- A pitcher moved to another position can return to pitching only once per game.
- Rest days are calendar days — a game on Monday + 3 days rest = eligible Friday.
- Weekly cap is a guideline; some leagues enforce it as a hard rule.
