Hitting Drill: Batting Practice - 1 Coach (Baseball)
Standard team batting practice structure with one coach throwing, focusing on quality at-bats and simulating game situations.
Instructions
Each hitter gets a structured round: - 3 bunts (sacrifice and/or for hit) - 5 swings hitting to all fields - 2 swings hitting situational (runner on 2nd, hit to right, etc.) - Last swing: run it out through first base Defense works on fielding and making throws Rotate hitters efficiently - keep defense active Quality over quantity - make each swing count Coach varies speeds and locations Simulate game situations when possible
